In addition to passenger car clutch kits TGL also offers a comprehensive range of commercial vehicle kits. Generic products are perfect to make up your own branded range to your specific specifications (see full service section for full range of services), alternatively we can brand the generic kits in our own image of Rymec.

Our range comprises new and remanufactured kits. To ensure quality of remanufactured parts all products are individually checked to conform to original operating specification. Core is fully stripped during the remanufacturing process; this ensures all components are fully checked before re-assembly. We also operate a mandatory replacement of critical parts with new components; all new parts are sourced from quality audited suppliers with products identified for traceability. Finally all of our covers are finished by dipping in clear rust inhibitor rather than painted.

All generic CV parts that go into our kits conform to individual OE operating specification and are tested against measurements, lift, run out, clamp load and balancing is carried out where required. Such high standards of approval are generated with a full PPAP approval procedure, ensuring all generic parts are manufactured to set specifications in the PSW. To ensure that clutch kits meet our PSW 100% of generic branded CV kits are tested before sale so that they meet stringent quality standards.
