John Tibbetts Europarts & EuroQuip Automotive works to ISO9001 which is supported by The QRQC system.

As a company we have invested in Clutch Test Rigs, which enable us to test Clutch covers up to 240mm for all the different operating characteristics from Clamp Load to Displacement. Not only do we test Clutch product at our Goods In stage but we can offer an independent assessment of a problematic Clutch cover.

QRQC – Quick Response Quality Control

Being an efficient organization means having some form of Quality Control System in order to measure day to day problems. In support of our ISO system we operate a system which involves all staff on a daily basis. In doing this problems don’t linger or escalate.

What we do?
Every time an issue occurs in the work area which stops a person performing their task efficiently it is recorded . This record has a series of questions on it which prompts the person to put as much information down as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Next steps
Each day at a given time all staff convene to discuss the issues that may have occurred. Timescales and responsibilities are assigned to each issue and resolved issues are signed off by the companies line managers.

The Benefits
As already mentioned, issues don't linger or escalate. Couple this with the fact that all staff at all levels have an input, it ensures that the Workforce are well informed and take ownership and communicate fully within our organization.
