John Tibbetts (Europarts) Warranty Terms
All clutch kits/components are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for 2 years, or 20,000 miles, whichever is sooner.
The company warrants all goods manufactured by it to be free of defects in material and workmanship, but its sole responsibility under such warrant shall be limited to replacing, repairing and issuing credit. Once goods are returned, it remains at our discretion to judge the fault.
All clutch components are covered by a non-quibble warranty on the product. The agreement does not cover labour and other expenses.
Warranty becomes invalid if the vehicle is used for: Racing, Rallying, Hire Car, Taxi, Private Hire, Towing or Driving School use nor failure due to abusive driving or installation damage.
Warranty payments are judged at the discretion of John Tibbetts (Europarts) Ltd and the suppliers there of.
