Warranty Procedure
To enable us to process warranty claims more efficiently.
- All warranty returns must be accompanied by a warranty returns form, one form per warranty.
- All relevant sections must be filled in including a precise description of the fault that has occurred, a description of "faulty" on the form is not acceptable.
- If the warranty has a labour claim, a photocopy of the original invoices/documentation from the customer must also be attached to the warranty return form at the time of the return and no later, failure to do so could result in the warranty being processed as a no quibble warranty with no labour being paid.
- With regards to clutch kit warranties all parts of the kit must be returned, if the clutch kit is missing any part then the warranty claim will be refused.
